My wife and I want to run our small business responsibly.  We treat all people with whom we deal with respect and trust.  Client relationships are of utmost importance to us and you will not find any switchboard or turned off phones (although living in Cornwall I do sometimes stray out of reception particularly if I take to the water).  We can be contacted by email or phone to discuss projects and to provide any assistance, including after sales care you may need. 

Sustainability is also a key issue for us.  I do not use endangered wood species in my work and aim to source my materials from well managed, sustainable sources.  Environmental issues are inevitably complex but my wife and I are keen to develop our business accountably, to limit our environmental impact wherever possible and to be honest about areas for improvement, which we will work to change.  One of the best ways of protecting the environment is to ensure longevity, which is why my furniture is built to last and also to be fully repairable, should any damage occur.
